What We Test
Conveyability
Test how your material moves through pneumatic conveying lines — dilute phase, dense phase, or vacuum. We'll measure conveying rates, pressure drops, and line velocities to determine the optimal system configuration.
Flow Characteristics
Evaluate how your product flows from hoppers, silos, and feeders. We'll identify potential bridging, ratholing, or flushing issues and recommend the right discharge aids and geometries.
Filtration Performance
Determine the right filter media, air-to-cloth ratio, and pulse cleaning parameters for your dust collection and material recovery requirements.
Material Degradation

How It Works
Send Us Your Material
Ship a representative sample to our facility in Orchard Park, NY. We typically need 50–200 lbs depending on the test scope.
We Run the Tests
Our engineering team configures the test setup to match your application parameters and runs your material through the system. You're welcome to attend in person or receive a video summary.
Review the Results
You'll receive a detailed test report with measured data, photos, video, and our engineering recommendations — all at no charge.
