16 Series Stand-Alone Bedding Dump Station
The Series 16 Stand-Alone Bedding Dump Station delivers best-in-class operator protection and efficiency in a compact, ergonomic design. Soiled bedding is manually deposited into a large dump opening where high-efficiency HEPA filtration, a top-mounted carbon exhaust filter, and optimized airflow contain allergens, dust, and odors. Fully self-contained with its own fan motor and filtration, the unit collects waste into a polyethylene bin without requiring connection to a facility vacuum or dust collection system.

16 Series Stand-Alone Bedding Dump Station FAQ
No. The Series 16 is fully self-contained, with its own high-efficiency fan motor, HEPA filtration, and top-mounted carbon exhaust filter, so it operates stand-alone and collects waste into a polyethylene bin. A thimble duct exhaust transition is available as an option if you prefer to duct exhaust externally.
Standard filtration includes a HEPA filter with pre-filters (ISO Coarse ≥70% per ISO 16890; G4 per EN779) plus a top-mounted exhaust carbon filter that absorbs odors and gaseous contaminants including ammonia. An additional exhaust carbon filter is available as an option.
The Series 16 can be configured with a 60L or 105L polyethylene bin with stainless steel trolley, or a stainless steel waste bag trolley, to collect disposed bedding.
Options include a 60L or 105L polyethylene bin with S/S trolley, stainless steel waste bag trolley, thimble duct exhaust transition, additional exhaust carbon filter, and a Trespa shelf. An optional lifter increases the overall height to 80⅝".
